The challenge

Location: New York, NY

Drive revenue and emphasize the promotion and sales of our demountable walls.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with architects & designers to promote our sustainable vision in the interior space.
Generate and maintain a robust pipeline for tenders.
Oversee and manage the bidding process for projects, ensuring that we are included in relevant bids and specifications.
Actively track projects in the early design stages to influence the specification.
Be on-site on the first day of installation and maintain an on-site presence as needed during the project's delivery and installation phases.
Hands-on person with a high-energy that loves to become part of a winning team.

Required Knowledge & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of the market and trends related to demountable walls.
At least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
Prior experience with interior modular wall construction is essential.
Familiarity with network architectures and a demonstrated ability to interact efficiently with general contractors.
Fluent in English.
