The challenge
How do you start this challenge?
You immerse yourself in the wonderful world of the circular economy and undertake intensive training to get to know our products.
Are you ready? Time for some more action. Your customer portfolio consists of building owners, architects and/or subcontractors. You are responsible for the further development of these customers in your region.
- You detect potential sales opportunities in existing and new markets. You also succeed in identifying the right decision makers and convincing them of the possibilities of our product.
- In this role, you will build a network and maintain long-term relationships by offering training and commercial support.
- You understand the importance of data and keep track of everything in our CRM system?
- From the HQ in Zwevegem, you will be supported by your manager, Inside Sales and Marketing team.
The successful candidate
Has knowledge of the construction industry and sales techniques. Being result driven and having perseverance are crucial in this fantastic and demanding position of Account Manager.
- You are someone with a track record of being a top sales performer and ideally you will use your extensive network.
- You are result-driven and want to get that annual bonus.
- You are known for opening doors and creating new opportunities.
- You have construction experience to conquer the market. For this, you can rely on your network of builders, architects and subcontractors.
- You like to work autonomously and draw your own plan, as your colleagues are a bit further away. Fortunately, there is Teams.
- You have strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills, which enable you to interact with different end customers (from facility managers to the C-level)
- You speak French and English fluently. Ideally also good Dutch.
