The challenge

Je duikt in de cijfers en zorgt voor nauwkeurige berekeningen van materialen, benodigde manuren en kostenramingen voor onze aanbestedingen.
Je ontrafelt elk bouwproject tot in de finesses om de financiële impact tot in detail te bepalen, met aandacht voor de kosten van materialen, machines en personeel.
In samenwerking met onze technische adviseurs en het verkoopteam stel je betrouwbare budgetprognoses op, zodat onze projecten binnen de financiële lijnen kleuren zonder in te boeten aan kwaliteit.

Required qualifications

Een analytische denker die complexiteit omzet in helderheid.
Je hebt ruim drie jaar ervaring met het uitrekenen van aanbestedingsprocessen.
Bouwmaterialen, arbeidskosten en calculaties hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
Je communiceert vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, wat zorgt voor een soepele uitwisseling met alle partijen binnen en buiten ons team. Jij wilt het verschil maken in de kern van onze projecten.
