The challenge

JUUNOO is at the forefront of innovation in the construction industry, specializing in demountable walls and PODs. Designed to reuse the materials over and over again. We’re in search of a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic local team. As the lynchpin between our interior projects and our (new) installers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects run seamlessly and on time. Your primary location will be New York, but you’ll also embark on nationwide travels to oversee job sites. If you’re a problem-solving expert with top-notch project management skills and a knack for multitasking, we want you to thrive with us in our fast-paced environment.

Review drawings and specifications before order entry to plan the project phases for receiving and installation.
Collaborate with our Belgium team to coordinate materials and establish new local sourcing options.
Build out a network of new installers and give them the necessary training to become a certified JUUNOO installer.
Confirm and verify critical field dimensions and evaluate overall space to meet project specifications.
Create and manage project schedules, monitor shipping and installation dates, and generate timely delivery tickets to the warehouse.
Be on-site on the first day of installation and maintain an on-site presence as needed during the project's delivery and installation phases.
Perform a final walk-through with the client, compile a punch list, and ensure all project elements meet our high-quality standards.

Here’s What You’ll Need

5+ years of hands-on experience in managing (interior) construction projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction (or equivalent experience).
Confidence in bidding, hiring, and training installers to ensure projects are installed to our exact standards
Fluent in English and adept in speaking/understanding Spanish.
