The challenge

- Initiate and drive lead generation efforts using diverse channels, such as outbound email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement, with a focus on identifying and reaching out to our 'ideal' clients.
- Ensure that inbound leads are effectively qualified before they are directed to the sales team
- Foster strong collaboration with both the sales and marketing teams, working hand in hand to ensure seamless transitions and unified strategies to achieve our sales goals.
- Develop and nurture external business relationships, especially with prospects.
- Consistently achieve your targets by scheduling high-quality outbound meetings and efficiently processing inbound leads.
- Organize and coordinate 'lunch and learn' sessions to support our future initiatives and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience or training will also be considered.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and techniques.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or lead generation experience.
- Strong communication skills and the innate ability to connect with potential clients.
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: Knowledge or affinity with the construction and/or real estate industry.
