The opportunity
As the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to put JUUNOO on the North American map and introduce our products to a new customer base. Working at the intersection of the emerging PropTech and GreenTech markets, you will push JUUNOO to be the ‘new normal’ in construction products.
- Create leads from enterprise clients and property owners and continue a long term partnerships.
- Act on qualified leads, discover customer success criteria
- Generate sales from new clients acquired via prospecting and lead qualifying.
- Maximize sales performance and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations.
- Provide client feedback and industry knowledge that enables us to invest in product development to meet the future needs of the US market.
About you
You are based in NYC or at a commutable distance to the JUUNOO office in Midtown Manhattan. Since you will be a substantial part of building JUUNOO’s success story, we need you to know the region inside out. As a natural networker, you maintain strong relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
- You have a solid network within the NYC commercial real estate industry, focused on workplaces.
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in sales-related roles.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- You're a team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You have experience with demonstrating long-term value to enterprise clients.
- You have a proven ability to identify & close new opportunities.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position will be USD$110,000– $140,000. This may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
